Private chauffeured transportation between Tokyo's international airports and The New Sanno, arranged in advance by The New Sanno.

Narita International Airport (NRT)  approximately 75 kilometers
Travel time is approximately 90 to 120 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Haneda International Airport (HND) approximately 18 kilometers
Travel time is approximately 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

Service is provided by Japan Premium. On arrival, you will be met at the arrivals exit after clearing customs by a representative holding a New Sanno sign, who will escort you directly to your vehicle. Meet-and-greet service is included in every fare.

RATES

RESERVATIONS

Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to your arrival or departure and are confirmed subject to vehicle availability.

Please provide your flight number, arrival or departure time, number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, and preferred vehicle grade.

Reservations are not complete until you receive confirmation from The New Sanno.

POLICIES

Flight Delays. Please notify us as soon as possible of any flight delay so your pickup can be adjusted.

Cancellation. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full fare.

Payment. Charges will be applied to your room account.

Service Provider. Private car service is operated by Japan Premium, an independent, licensed transportation company, and is not owned or operated by The New Sanno. The New Sanno arranges this service as a convenience to our guests. Transportation is provided subject to the terms, conditions, and insurance coverage of the operating company. The New Sanno assumes no liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from the use of this service.
