Please be advised that retirees and their family members are not eligible for APO privileges in Japan. Guests are not authorized to receive letters/parcels at the New Sanno APO.
There are two Japanese post offices within walking distance of the New Sanno.
Each package requires a customs form to be filled out online at cfo.usps.com and printed prior to shipping. A computer and printer is available in the lobby. Please bring two copies of each customs form to the mailing window when mailing out.
