Monthly Basic Salary: 143,800 yen (with 20 % of Regional Allowance: 172,560 yen)

(2) IHA 2-3 Housekeeper
Monthly Basic Salary: 163,200 yen (with 20 % of Regional Allowance: 195,840 yen)
Estimated Annual Income : 3.1 million yen plus eligible allowances (commutation, Family, Housing)

(3) IHA 2-7 Sous Chef / Mess Steward
Monthly Basic Salary: 221,100 yen (with 20 % of Regional Allowance: 265,320 yen)
Estimated Annual Income : 4.3 million yen plus eligible allowances (commutation, Family, Housing)

Regional Allowance: 20 % of basic salary
Commutation Allowance: Up to 55,000 yen / month
Family Allowance: 6500 yen – 15000 yen / month
Housing Allowance: Up to 28,000 yen / month
Summer Allowance (Bonus): 215 % of one month's wages*
Year End Allowance (Bonus): 215 % of one month's wages*
