Monthly Basic Salary: 180,600 yen (with 20 % of Regional Allowance: 216,720 yen)
Estimated Annual Income: 3.6 million yen plus eligible allowances (commutation, Family, Housing)
May earn tips.

(2) IHA 2-3 Housekeeper
Monthly Basic Salary: 206,900 yen (with 20 % of Regional Allowance: 248,280 yen)
Estimated Annual Income : 4.1 million yen plus eligible allowances (commutation, Family, Housing)

(3) IHA 2-6 Plumber
Monthly Basic Salary: 244,600 yen (with 20 % of Regional Allowance: 293,520 yen)
Estimated Annual Income : 4.9 million yen plus eligible allowances (commutation, Family, Housing)

Regional Allowance: 20 % of basic salary
Commutation Allowance: Up to 55,000 yen / month
Family Allowance: 6500 yen – 15000 yen / month
Housing Allowance: Up to 28,000 yen / month
Summer Allowance (Bonus): 230 % of one month's wages*
Year End Allowance (Bonus): 230 % of one month's wages*
