 
Kikuya's, The New Sanno's "feature restaurant" is located on the second floor with seating available at either Teppanyaki Grills or Tables. The room features a reflecting pond and a water fall along the right side wall. The menu includes Teppanyaki, Kaiseki dinners, tempura and sushi for a complete Japanese dining experience.
Limited rooms are available on Fridays and Saturdays for guests
who dine in Kikuya on the evening of their reservation.
To insure the quality of KAISEKI dishes, preorders must be placed 48 hours in advance for service on Wednesday through Sunday, and 72 hours in advance for service on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
