The Navy Exchange is located on the second floor of the New Sanno Hotel. Business hours are Sunday through Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday & Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Transactions can be made in U.S. dollars or Japanese Yen. We honor MasterCard, Visa, Discover and the American Express cards plus our own, exclusive Navy Exchange NEXCARD program.
