Baggage or Packages that arrive prior than two(2) days confirmed check in date will be refused. Baggage or Packages that arrive after the confirmed check out date will be refused. A memorandum or notification by the guest must be made in advance to the Front Desk. The memorandum can be made by phone, in person, or in writing. The memo will include;
1. The name of the guest
2. Period of stay
3. Room number or confirmation number
4. Name of company or delivery service
5. Approximate time of delivery
6. Tracking number
7. Description of item delivered
8. Valid phone number, email address or means of contact
